Please find below the necessary information connected with the processing of your personal data in line with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC hereinafter referred to as GDPR due to participation in recruitment process.

In order to perform duties resulting from legal regulations related to conducting the recruitment procedure / art. 6 par. 1 (c) GDPR; Art. 9 par. 2 (g) GDPR;

We may share your personal data with the following categories of recipients: 1) entities, with whom we have to share your data pursuant to law; 2) entities with whom we cooperate in order to fulfil our rights and obligations (providing IT, marketing, legal, debt collection, HR, accounting, transport, courier and postal services); 3) entities conducting payment activity (banks, payment institutions);

For how long are we going to store your data?

Your personal data will be processed until the recruitment procedure is completed. In the case of not admitting to the studies - for the period necessary to complete activities related to the recruitment process. The processing of personal data may be extended until the claims are time-barred. In case of admission to university - for the time required by law. After the last of these periods expire your personal data will be deleted or anonymized by us. 

What are your rights in connection with processing of your data by us?

Due to the processing of your personal data by us, you can use the following access rights to your data, rectification (correction) of data, deletion of data, processing restrictions and transfer of data. Also you have the right to lodge a complaint with a body supervising the personal data protection regulations. Notwithstanding the above mentioned rights, you may raise an objection against personal data processing under the legitimate interests of the administrator or the public interest. Your personal data will cease to be processed for these purposes, unless it is proven that there are valid legal grounds in relation to your data that override your interests, rights and freedoms or your data will be necessary for the possible determination, investigation or defense of claims . To ensure that you are entitled to exercise your rights, we may ask you for additional information that will allow you to identify yourself.

*Is it compulsory to provide data?*

Providing personal data is a statutory requirement, and failure to do so may result in the inability to participate in the recruitment procedure or rejection of the recruitment application.

We will not transfer your data outside the EEA. We do not make decisions in an automated way, i.e. based on automatic data analysis
