Applications to be submitted by the candidate. The individual recognition statement will be issued by NAWA and presented to the Candidate within maximum 60 days. The Candidate has to add this decision to the already submitted documents. Final admission to the University will be issued based on the NAWA written information regarding eligibility for admission to long-cycle (uniform Master’s) studies in Poland.
We will support our candidates.
It is recommended to inform the Admissions Office of the Interfaculty Center for Education in English Language by email at: recruit@pum.edu.pl about the date of submission of the application to NAWA.
Admission for the academic year 2025/2026 (qualification and enrolment process) will be conducted in parallel with the NAWA proceedings.
In the event that a candidate:
1. does not inform the university about the date of submission of the application to NAWA, or
2. receives a written statement that does not confirm eligibility for admission to studies in Poland,
the Interfaculty Center for Education in English Language will withdraw the educational offer and refund the fees already paid.
For documents from EU/EFTA/OECD countries or countries covered by recognition agreements (e.g. Ukraine, China), no such information from NAWA is required.
ATTENTION: If your secondary school certificate has already been recognised by the Regional Educational Authority (Kurator Oświaty) you can apply for admission to a Polish university - the NAWA's Director individual recognition statement is not required.
